a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have not been banned once.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I was Staff on 2 polish servers one named Ikabyte.eu and the second one HighFiveGaming and XenoRP also i have been a admin for about 800h on fivem

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?: I want to help out the server as i did long ago and i can be on when other Staff members cant.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would be available for a long time and on Times that other Staff members can im very polite and mature also i can deal with sits with care and dont take any sides.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for random deathmmatch and it occurs when one player kills another player with no apparent reason single RDM should be punished with a verbal warning and the more amount of pepole that the person kills the punishment will be higher. 
RDA stands for random arrest it occurs when a person randomly arrests a other player it shoułd be punished like RDM

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.NLR stand for New Life Rules and it means that when you die you dont remeber the person that killed you or any other information before your death. The instance that it is violated its simply pepole coming back after they died in a raid the NLR timer is 120 seconds and the same comes for outside of raids

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is transfering info from OOC to IC so basically it means you can not transfer info from discord calls when your talking with friends and your on spawn and they tell you that your base is being raided and etc. You simply can not transfer info from outside of the roleplay to the roleplay itself

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I gather evidence for the abuse and report the person to one of the owners or administrators

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I jail tp the person thats mass rdming and continue my own sit and later i talk to the person and ban him for a duration given to me by a higher up or if theres no higher up Staff i just ban him for 1week or 2  weeks depending on how much pepole he killed

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I ask tchem nicely to remove the props if they dont i remove them myself if they keep on building on the street i give them a warning
