Yea, here. Was T-Mod from Thanksgiving you christmas. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I feel like I have more time now to actually not quit during my T-Mod phase. I wanna actually come back.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Just like anyone else. Willing to be active and help. Deal with anything within my reach.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM- Random Death March. When you kill someone with NITRP or accidentally 

RDA- When you arrest someone with NITRP 

Both should be a warn and possible refund.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR- Dead men tell no tale. As in don’t speak about your past life. NLR is New life rule. When you die it’s like you actually die, you can’t use past life knowledge. From last I was on, 3 min NLR time and can’t come back to your base during raids if you die. You can get warned from using past life knowledge to your advantage.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when you use OOC knowledge to your advantage. A example is when you raid a meth house as PD without your character seeing meth in that house at all. You have to physically see it to know it’s there.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Record and report, I have no authority over them.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Jail the MRDMer and finish the sit then tend to the MRDMer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Give them a verbal warning, if they don’t stop. Warn them
