I have been banned 1 time for 4 days because I shot at someone who I thought was my friend but wasn't and the moderator basically insta banned me without saying.

I don't have staffing experience

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

This is my favorite map and I have a great time playing on it so I thought why not.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would make a good moderator because I am very fair with who should be punished for what and I also know the rules well

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Deathmatch but it means that you are killing on sight without a reason. It should be punished by a warn if it was 1 time but after that they deserve a 4 day ban. RDA stands for Random Death Arrest which is when you arrest someone for no reason. It should be punished with a warn for the first offense but after a ban for 4 days also.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is when you die somewhere and you are not aloud to come back to that point on the map. For example if you are raiding and you kill someone in the raid and they come back and kill you, that is breaking NLR.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

I am not too sure what metagame is.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If this occurs, then I would have to say that if they don't stop then you will have to report them or you report them inmmediatly.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would wait for someone to finsh what they are saying, then politely ask if I could handle the mass RDMing that was taking place. Then I would come back and finish the meeting.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

If this occurs, then I would still have to respectfully tell them they cannot do this and if this happens again then give them a warn or a short ban.

Overall your application is well put together. The only issues I have are c3 and a2.

If we are unsure of what a certain thing is on the application, an easy google search will be able to define it for you.

This is an invalid link to your steam profile. The profile can be captured at the top of your profile.

My decision is neutral, leaning towards +1. Just brush up on your RP terms.
