Automatic law reset

There are times that the laws need to be automatically reset, whether it be the mayor resigning, leaving the server, etc..., where it does not. This is often problematic because the laws still apply until a new mayor is elected and changes the laws. The laws should always be their default when there is no mayor.

The laws do automatically reset if:

• The mayor is assassinated by a hitman

The laws do not automatically reset if:

• The mayor resigns/changes jobs
• The mayor leaves the server
• The mayor is banned/kicked

What do you all think? Should extra automatic measures like this be added?

it works btw, mayor got demoted and the laws instantly changed. the only thing i wanna suggest is to have a notification that the laws got reset, because i didnt notice it until i looked at the board
