         Eastern Standard Time (EST).

        To my knowledge none. 

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

         No bans

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

         No gmod staff experience but a lot of IRL administrative skills/team lead skills.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

        I enjoy playing on the server, the people are nice and the general RP environment isnt that bad. Id for sure like to see the server keep improving as well as keep a form of law over the rules as they stand today.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

        This isnt my first time around the block keeping people in line and with my prior experience from other games and actual IRL skills I've become pretty good at knowing how to deal with situation you would run into as a mod and what kind of actions would need to be taken to make sure the player in question would think before he does it again. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

      The act of a player harming or killing another player without any RP background for the situation to be based upon. To punish such an action should be based around the players previous records in the matter at hand, if he has a list of prior RDM/RDA warns or banns then said judgement should be dished out according to what is recorded on his file already. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

       NLR is an RP rule to protect a role play situation, if someone where to die they would have to follow NLR and not return to the scene of their last death for a duration of time specified by the MOTD. Lets say i were to die outside of PD in a confrontation with the mafia per the rule I cannot return to the PD until my NLR time has been run through, if I were to do so before NLR time ran up I would be in violation of the rule.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

       Having knowledge of in game states or advantages that my RP character would not possess naturally. For example if i was a police officer and guns were illegal without a gun license and I were to weapons check and arrest them because I know they dont have a gun license since they wouldnt have the piece of paper above their head that would be fail RP and meta gaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

         I would report them to someone higher then them via any means necessary and if no one is in reach at the time I would leave some form of message with video evidence to back up my claims.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

        I would jail the person RDMing and finish the sit I am in first then deal with the jailed RDMing player.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

        I would give them both verbal warnings and then delete their props and inform them they are not allowed to base or build in the streets unless they are a hobo.
