Yes i do, All the servers i previously was staff on shut down but i can name some of them SpongeRp EclipseDarkrp and NuclearGaming
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because there have been situations where staff was needed online but none where available and when situations like that happen it shrinks the server popularity because some people just quit 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think what would make me a good moderator is i can be generous and strict when needed. I'm always available when needed on and have great problem solving skills
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random DeathMatch which is when another player kills another with no valid reason. RDA Random Arrest which is when a player playing as CP randomly arrests another player with no valid reason. The punishments for these broken rules will be a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR New Life Rule which is for example when a player is getting raided and dies they return back to the raid and interfere. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

 Metagame is when one player has an advantage over others that they would normally never have
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

1st i ask why they are abusing their powers 2nd i contact another higher up and 3rd i start recording or just getting evidence to report the staff with so it does not happen again

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I jail mute and gag the player so no harm may be done to anymore players i finish the sit than deal with punishing the player 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I tell the two players to remove the props from the street and build in a building somewhere else

4 warns as of Tuesday May 26th, and a recent warn while your application was up. Literally was warned today by Roberto for RDM

One of the warns was Racism, we do not need that on our team.

Application seems rushed and generic

 

Clearly you are not fit to be staff.
