yeah 5 days, didnt get warn and nothing and they didn texplain well what i did wrong, false accusation in my opinion, bu tive never did again what i understan di did, and that was i had a crounch base and in that time didnt know that was illegal, but ive read motd about base and now i know a lot about it

i actualy dont other than all the video i watched about admin staff, but theres a start at everything

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

well to be honest my gmod is buged and xeno is the only server im able to play on so im on it all day long so i think i could make a great admin cause im always on so there would not be that much rdm cause i would always be staff on duty if theres no one else on, i always dreamed to make a diffrence on a gmod server, and this could be my chance
 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?
 well first of all i speak percetly french and english, i play all day on it, i know most of the player,i know the rule, i rarely break them,im a really nice guy that give a lot to people and dont get much back but its fine like that. i think id be a great admin for this server and because im awlays on there wouldnt be any mass rdmer that would last long. i basecely get on around 11 in the morning and leave around 2-3am
 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

rdm is when you random murder someone not when you shoot someone unless you dont advert crossfire it can count as rdm, i think that people should get 3 warn and if they continue get a 2day ban and keep going like that 

for rda, random arrest, mean that if someone taze you for no reason and handcuff you that mean rda,, i think that it should also be 3 warn then a 2 day ban in that case

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

new life rule mean if you die somewhere or in some rp activities you cant go back  for 120sec, exemple a raid, you get killed you cant go back to your base or near or interfer cause that will be considred as nlr (new life rule)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
 metagme is something beyond your knowledge exmple you are the mayor and put as a law terrorist are AOS (arrest on sight) and you are a cops and you go arrest all terrorist because you see it above their head, thats beyond your knowledge cause you ar enot suppose to know thta, thats metagame
 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

i would record and take screenshot, then go on the forum and message the owner and send him the video and the screenshot

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

i jail him untill im done with the shit then go deal with the msrdmer and give him a correct sentence

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

i would tell them to either delete or change to hobo to be allowed to build on the street
