a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have had prior staff experience on some sandbox servers, but i've been playing DarkRP for basically as long as I've had Gmod (2014) and know the basics to server rules and enforcement

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to be a volunteer because I very much enjoy this server, I find it to be a very fun place and would love to do something more helpful for the server, such as being a volunteer

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I'm very understanding of the basic rules of this server, I've read the MOTD and I'm not biased towards anyone during sits, and I am understanding of things people do in the server intentionally or unintentionally. I'll punish those who break the rules accordingly and never take my frustrations out on players. I usually am very cooperative towards other players, I always have been from experiences of admin.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. In the scenario a player has RDM'd someone or RDA'd, I would question the one who did it, was their act intentional, unintentional, either way, I would give them a simple warning, and ask the one who RDMd/RDAd to give them money in the instance they lost guns because of the RDM/RDA, if they RDMs 3 more times would result in a 2 week ban, this is because this is considered mass RDM

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is "New Life Rule" is when a player cannot return to the location they were killed at for at least 2 minutes (120 seconds). An example of this being violated is during a Raid on ones base, if the owner of the base is killed at the base during the Raid, he cannot return to the base until the NLR timer is gone, if he returns before the 2 minutes of waiting is done, he is breaking NLR (New Life Rule)

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meta Game is when a player uses knowledge that the ingame rp character would NOT know to gain an advantage over something or someone.  An example of this being used is if a player Rping as police officer, and sees someone get killed in the kill feed, and they decided to go arrest that person, even though they weren't there when the kill happened, thats metagame
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? In this scenario, I would record the higher up, and contact someone with higher authority with them, either discord or steam messages, and report them for their abuse of power

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would immediately jail them, have a sit, then punish them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I'd be super calm with them, and simply tell them you cannot build in the street, and if they wish to build somewhere outside of buildings, that they should go hobo and build on sidewalks, then of course give them just a simple warning and tell them not to do it again.
