Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I think it would be a fun experience to become an admin i usually play in the morning when no ones on and there is always people rdming and breaking nlr

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i play at unusual times and would hate to get a title such as moderator ripped away from me 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Rdm/Random Death match is when a player kills a player for no reason or without valid reason 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR/ NEW LIFE RULE is when a player comes back after they die either during a raid or when being raided

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Is when a player scams or hides in props Sitting in blown up cars  Sitting in ghosted props Getting in the way of people building  

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Ask them to stop if they continue there actions report them to the forums 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the RDMer then deal with the sit at hand then deal with the rdmer

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. Delete there props and tell them not to build in the street build on the side walk as a hobo
