a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? - Yes I have been perma banned around 2-2.5 years ago. My reasoning for the perma ban was for “Minge/threat to players in the real world/Disrespecting staff/players.” But throughout that time many things have happened in my life that have made me much more mature and I have gotten past that time and matured from that ban.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? -  If so, where? I was on a TTT for 3 months around a year ago but the server got shut down. 

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? - My reasoning for becoming a staff is to help out the community and help out new players. I am active at very late hours which is when there are not a lot of moderators on. So I definitely want to help out at those late night hours when a lot of people are on Rdming and not following rules. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? - If I get accepted I think one thing that would make me a good moderator would be how active I am and that I can quickly learn and catch on to new things easily. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. - RDM is also defined as a random deathmatch and is when a player injuries or kills another player without a reasoning for doing so. RDA also defined as random arrest is when you arrest a player without a reason for arresting them. Both of these should be punished by being warned at first. Then if they do listen to that they will be banned. 

 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. - 

NLR or new life rule is when a player dies and you do not remember what happened in that past life. That player then has to wait 2 minutes to go back to that area. An example of this being violated is if a player goes back and kills the player that killed them in that same area. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. - 

Metagame is when you have unfair knowledge that others may not know and the game does not show. Some examples are if you know a hitman has a specific hit on someone and you tell that person with the hit that the hitman has a hit on him. Another example would be if a cop guesses or hears printers/clickers in a base and sets a warrant for the printer/clickers. 

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? - 

I start by recording the staff abusing the power. Then I go to them and see what they are doing and try to stop them from what they are doing. If they dont then I will go to the forums and report that staff member. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? - 

The first thing I would do is tell the person that I am in the sit with to hold for a minute and go and jail the person who was Mass RDMing and remember their name so I can deal with it after my sit I was just in. Then go back to my sit and finish the original sit then deal with the Mass RDMer. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. - If they are hobos I would tell them they have to build on the sidewalks and not in the streets. Then if they are not hobos give them a verbal warning and suggest building a base inside a building or becoming a hobo to build on the streets. Also I would add that I hate to ruin their fun but they still have to follow the rules even with two people online.

Cons:

Perma banned before (but you seemed to change)

Hello Bagel, this won’t be the normal pro / con format since I feel like to properly explain my view I need to format it like this. I understand your ban was two years ago but the reason is what really gets to me (Minge/threat to players in the real world/Dissrespecting staff/players) I feel as though even if there is the slightest chance you haven’t changed I can’t +1 this application, and there is also the much much smaller issue of asking staff if they would +1 if you made one.
