a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Yes, I have been banned for RDM, Mass RDM, and NITRP although both the RDM and Mass RDM bans were appealed 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not 

 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

I want to better the community and make it a more enjoyable experience for any player that joins the server. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am a very respectful person and caring. I make sure to 100% understand the situation before making any kind of decision, I am not impulsive and do not jump to conclusions. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is known as “Random Death Match” this is when a player kills another player for no reason at all. If it is the first time I am speaking to the player who is RDMing I will warn them and if they continue to RDM they will receive a ban. Although if it is a new player to the server I will give them a verbal warning and explain to them why they cannot RDM and will make them read the MOTD before continuing to RP. 

RDA is known as “Random Arrest” this is when any member of the police department arrests a player for no reason. The police member should be brought to a sit and warned for RDA and if this player continues to RDA he/she shall receive a ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

NLR is known as “New Life Rule” An example of this is if another player/group is raiding you and they kill you, and you come back that is breaking NLR. you must wait 129 seconds or 2 minutes before returing although if it is a raid you cannot come back until the raid is over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. 

Metagame is using knowagle beyond your characters knowledge. An example of this is if you die during a raid and are looking threw 3rd person telling where the enemy player is. Another example is hiding in cars this is metagame because you can not take damage/die nor can u be kidnapped or arrested. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? 

I would record it and inform the server owners about it and show them the video clips of them abusing their powers. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? 

Jail the player as quickly as possible and ban them for the proper amount of time. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. 

I would tell them to become hobos and if they continue to build I would warn them and remove the props they have placed in the streets

Hey Scooby Doo, thanks for applying!

My thoughts on your application:

Thirteen warns and Three bans is pretty concerning.

B one and two could use a little more detail.

C3 is mostly correct although I'm not sure what you mean by "Looking through 3rd person". Hiding in a car to avoid damage falls more under failrp than metagame.

It seems you have a decent understanding for the rules which is good.

In conclusion It's going to be a -1 from Me.
