Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?    honestly would just like to help the players 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?      long periods of activity and experience from running dark rp server/ staff teams. kinda famillar with blogs but its been a min.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.          killing someone for no RP reason is RDM = a warn n random arresting someone without a valid reason or warrent= warn

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.           coming back to a place where u died with in cooldown , going back to a raid after dying, or back to your base during a still ongoing raid= warn

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.             by using the game to your advantage and playing the game it wasn't intended like using a tricycle and hopping out so u clip into the base and raid it from the inside

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity,    how do you react?      report it in with video proof

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?     jail tp them away from the RP n ban for mass RDM

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.     tell them u can't.      either be hobo and build on the sidewalk or go build inside a warehouse that they could own

Cons:

B1 and B2 short answers

C1 you also may issue a ban if they are constantly rdm'ing people either for repeated or Mass 

C2 also may issue a ban if its Mass and no NLR timer

D1 report it in with another admin or report in with the persons admin

D2 You also have your sit after you ban the Mass RDM'er  

Also i've only seen you on for a few days maybe a week 

Therefore im going with a -1
