a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Yes, I have not been staff in any server within the last year but before I was staff on Gaming Light, Randomized Gaming, and Darkline Gaming | I Currently run a FiveM server as well

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been playing on this server for a good bit now and I like the server and the way everything is handled so I figured I'd apply

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would like to hope I would make a good staff member

 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Random Death Match RDMx1 would be a warning | Random Arrest RDAx1 would also be a warning unless done few times then it would be a jail

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New Life Rule is when you are killed and act like nothing has happened so you decide to return to where you were killed and you murder the person who just killed you because well they killed you

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

you use information gained IRL and use them in-game. while you are in a staff sit for prop block you are told that Player A has printers in Room A so you decide to raid Player a's base and go straight for Room A.

 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:

d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Record it and report it to a higher ranking staff member

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? Jail the person Rdming noclip to them quickly handle the situation whether its a kick, ban, or a timed jail then apologize to the people that were in the sit before and continue with it

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Explain to them that we are a Roleplay server and they cannot be doing that and ask them to remove it and if they don't punish them according to policies
