Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I feel like the server needs a little extra help
and have someone online often. I know that the moderator team is pretty darn good know but it still has room to improve.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I got accepted to the team I think I might do ok but
I won't be the best out there, I will always try my best to be a good moderator but I feel I might screw up a bit at first but I will learn
from my mistakes.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM means that if you are just chilling and hanging
out with your friends and someone comes up and kills you with no warning then that's considered RDM or random death match. RDA means that if
a police officer or a SWAT unit comes up and handcuffs you then puts you in jail with no excuse then that's RDA or random arrest.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. Say you're doing a PD Raid and you kill a SWAT Officer then they can NOT
come back until the PD Raid is over but if they get killed and they keep coming back over and over again then that's considered NLR or not legit roleplay. if you die you cant go back to that spot for at a minimum of 2 minutes.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagame is an instance if you die during a raid and you are sitting there dead taking
in information and telling your friends what's going on in that base/area.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would check if a higher up than me is on and if there is say
a senior mod on then I would tell them but if there is not a higher up than me then I would trip them of their stuff than tp and jail them and ask why they are
doing what they are doing and if its a bannable offence then I would put a ban request in right away.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I saw someone Mass RDMing while I'm in a sit then I would jail
them and then ban them and then return to the sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. If me and two other people are on the server and they are building in the streets I would
walk up and tell them to remove it and if they refuse then I would remove it myself.
