b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because ive played this game for over a year and i want to help the community.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? always calming the community down and being respectful and making people happy.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Anybody who commits RDM should be warned anybody who commits RDA should be warned at most but anyone who commits mass RDM or mass RDA should be at max banned

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule and is commited when a person with any job comes back to the location of where they died in the timespan of 2 to 4 minutes

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. metagaming is when anything outside is used inside the game such as teamspeak skype or discord, so when somebody uses those applications are use to tell somebody that somebody is carjacking your car or raiding your base.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I will report them to the owner, any other higher up, or xenoRP.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I add him to my sit and jail him and deal with him with a ban or a warning.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. verbally warn them.

I have never seen you in game, your app is low detail and low effort. d2 is wrong you would pause your current sit and then go and jail and ban him. d3 could be expanded to include if they dont listen to your verbal warning. c2 doesnt include rules with NLR for raids. No previous staff experience.
