My ban

So I was banned around 16 months ago and every time I try to appeal my ban, there is no option to appeal my ban. I've been banned for a long time and I really would like to return to the server. Is there any chance I can get some help or be unbanned? Or possibly to talk someone on Discord or on the forums?

If you were banned 16 months ago I can assume you are permabanned. Im pretty sure you can not appeal because permabans are taken very seriously and I dont think there is any reason to appeal them as even if you have changed or if you are better, you still did what you did and that resulted in the ban.

Perma bans can be appealed, it's happened multiple times before.
