Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I really like this server, and I want to make sure people don't break the rules and stop people from enjoying their time on the server. I'd also like to help the other staff out if needed.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? If I can stop people from breaking the rules, and allow people to enjoy their time on the server, I think I would be  good moderator.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM/RDA is when a player is killed by another player for no valid reason, or is not warned to stop what their doing or be killed. If someones RDM's someone else, I would warn them and tell them to stop doing it. If they continue to do it, I'd kick them from the server.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is when someone goes back to their place of death after being killed during a raid. They can go back once the raid is over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is when you bring outside information into roleplay. An example of this is if a police officer sees that someone advertised mugging someone else in chat, and goes and arrests them because he saw that they were mugging another player in chat.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would confront them about it and ask them to stop. If they continue to do so, I'd report them on the XenoRP website.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would warn them and ask them to stop, and if they continue mass RDMing, I'd kick them from the server.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. No matter how much players are online, they still have to follow the rules. I'd explain that to them and ask them to stop. If they continue, I'd warn them.
