Which staff member are you reporting: Moo

Please describe the staff member's unjust behavior: Me and a few other players on the server said "penis" or "p3n1s" and got muted. Another player said something about "cock and ball torture" and got muted. This game is not rated for kids so why should you mute people who say a word that is fine when there are no kids around.

Please provide any available evidence to back your claims: Moo will admit to doing it but won't admit shes wrong.

I've asked you and your group to cut it out with the minging for over an hour now. You guys continue to cause issues and start problems in OOC. If you don't see what the issue is with putting "penis" or "CBT" in OOC for no reason then I don't know how else to explain it to you. Within the first three rules it says "Use common sense" and "Do not discriminate, harass, or direct unnecessarily foul language towards any other players." I recommend you follow these whilst you're on if you don't want to be muted.

I think you have a bigger problem when another staff member is breaking the rules but you care about "penis" Neither you nor Kil understand what people on the spectrum had to deal with for so long. When you have a sister with Down Syndrome and you see someone only caring about the word penis is gets you kinda angry. You are a mod. You are supposed to know the rules. Right know you don't deserve to be one.

My brother had autism. I grew up with him and went to see him with the special needs class dozens of times, and even went home with him on their bus some times. I've always been around folks with special needs, including being disabled myself. I don't see how this is apart of the issue though. Especially since you were not involved in the report. They were muted because they were doing it to be a minge, end of story.

Hi Chikne, thank you for creating a staff report!

After reading your report, I discussed this issue with Moo, Kil, and Gerald, and have determined that they are allowed to mute you for ill-intent (spamming, mingy, etc), though they should not mute for only saying profanities. They will follow this henceforth.
