a4) What timezone are you located in? Eastern standard time I believe.

a5) How many in-game warns do you have? None that come to mind currently though my memory of warns is not the greatest because I think about it as once it’s done it’s not that much of a problem to worry about.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I have been banned though I’m far past that to the point where I can’t really remember why.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? Sadly I do not.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I just want to help out I may take breaks because of health issues that have come up recently.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I don’t really know I just want to help out I’m I tiny bit mingey but I’m working on getting past that and I’m doing pretty good.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. Rdm to put it simply is when one person attacks another and or killed another player if this doesn’t succeed it is ardm rda is when somebody arrests another person the punishment for both rdm and rda is a warn of it is a mistake you could get a verbal warning about rda I would make sure it wasent a mistake first I don’t like to be that harsh unless somebody really does something.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. New life rule to put it simply is a rule preventing somebody from taking part in a raid they died in or returning to kill somebody before a certain amount of time even if they killed that person it would be rdm

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. All I know about metagame is if somebody uses the code to a keypad during a raid the punishment for this is a warn 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I attempt to reason with them if they continue I will call somebody that is a higher rank to deal with the situation either way I would report it.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I jail them then get somebody else to handle banning them as I am in a sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I give them a verbal warning they really are not harming much of they continue then I warn them

I want to keep this short and sweet

As well as being generally toxic and mingy, you encourage minging and toxicity. When donators are on you encourage people to vote no against rulebreakers. Unless I see a major change in how you act towards rules and staff, I just can't support you being on the team (also you have 5 warns)
