b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

My old server Hyland RP just shut down meaning I lost my position in management I now have a lot of spare time and a deep knowledge of everything Gmod

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I am probably one of the more experienced players on this platform playing gmod for around 4 years racking up 3k+ hours on the game I understand all rules and punishments that come with them.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

Random Death Match and Random Arrest, These are the most common rules broken each subsequently result in a verbal warning then a warn if continued 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.
New Life Rules say you die in an RP scenario you have just been Men In Black mind wiped you no longer know anything you did all knowledge is gone say you are raiding a base and die but know where he is you cant just run back and tell team mates

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.
Metagaming is bringing and OOC situation into character say someone called you a Faggot in OOC you cant just go RDM him because he hurt your feelings 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Activate OBS studio record the actions happening whilst contacting an Admin of higher authority

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?
!jailtp the person and gag them continue with my current sit then deal with the MRDM

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.
Tell them if more people join and have issue to remove it but as long as they arnt spamming let them have fun considering there are only 2 people online.
