Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have really been enjoying playing on XenoRP and I would like to help the community stay as best as it has ever been and help the players have a better experience. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i like to enforce the rules even if im not staff i will go around and tell people to follow the rules

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM stands for Random Death Match as in if i were to kill someone randomly that is rdm and if i just hit them that is ardm or attempt random death match one rdm is a warn 2 rdm is a warn and a jail 3 rdm is a kick 4 rdm or mass rdm/mrdm is a ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR stands for New Life Rule which means a player must not use information from their previous death. NLR can be easily broken when returning to the place of death before 2 minutes have passed, another example of NLR could be raiding the same base before 10 minutes have ended.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagaming is referred to when a player is given information from another player outside of the game itself through like discord and/or in person speech. An example of metagaming could be a player warning another player that their base is getting raided and informing the player to return home.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would watch them from a hidden spot and begin trying to gather intell by recording/pictures. Then I would submit an admin abuse report to the forums and try to contact a higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I can get assistance from a fellow staff member I would ask for them to get the rdmr while I continue the sit. If no one else is available I would jail the rdmr and continue the sit then return to rdmrs case. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.  I would ask them to remove the props as it breaks the motd rules. as i said before i like to inforce laws. I will first verbal warn them and then warn them if needed and if no effort is made to delete the props I will remove them.
