a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I have lots of experience with staffing. Staffed on multiple other Garry's Mod servers that had high player counts back in the day. Some of these are Flexbyte Gaming(Superadmin), Hellfire networks (Moderator) and some more I cant remember because this was 3 years ago.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Well I see that there's not alot of staff on at the times I get on. With me being staff I could be on when others are not due to my timezone. Also this is the first darkrp server that I actually enjoy because most of the other ones everyone is just rdming/minging. Overall I just want to make this community a better place :)

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? Like I said in the previous line the reason I think I will make a good staff  member is because I'm friendly, easy to talk to, can be on when others are not.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. The way I would punish these players is I would give them a verbal warning and personally refund the player if they lost anything due to this, then if it happens again I would give the rdmer/rdaer a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. The meaning of NLR is new life rules and this means that u can't go back to the area of your death for atleast  120 seconds if you do this is a punishable offence. An example of this is if I were to kill someone during a raid they can't come back to defend there base they have to wait til the raid is over a way of knowing the raid is over is if you see them advert over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. The definition of metagaming is that your character must not use information that you wouldn't realistically have or do unrealistic things.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Start recording then confront the higher up if they are ruining peoples experience then I would send the footage to a even higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail and strip this player so they couldn't kill anyone else then I would ask any other admins if there are any online if they could take care of him if no-one is online then I will put the sit on hold to question the player if he was to leave he would be banned for LTAP/massrdm if he doesn't leave then I will give him a ban for 1 week.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would ask them to stop and delete all there props because this breaks the server rules if they fail to remove these props I would start to remove them if he does it again they will get warned.
