a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I've staffed for multiple Jailbreak/DarkRP servers, however this was 4 years ago so most of those servers are gone.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? While I haven't been playing on the server for a long time I really enjoy my time on it and in the time I have played on the server I noticed that some hours of the mid-day and late nights have either no staff or just one person who is overwhelmed by the amount of people making tickets.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I have a lot of previous experience staffing for servers, I'm very friendly and extremely active, and easy going.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is Random Death Match, It's when a user kills another user for no reason

RDA Is Random Arrest, It's when a cop arrests another user for no reason

There are a number of different ways to handle the situation depending on the severity. I would first warn them, and if it continues then i would ban them.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

NLR Is New Life Rule, Its violated when a user who is killed at a raid or dies from a hit within 2 minutesreturns to the scene or uses information from their past life to get an advantage in their current life

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when someone uses outside information such as the killfeed or something that is typed in OOC(out of character) to get an advantage or arrest someone.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would get concrete proof and take it to a higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would quickly deal with the mass rdmer before returning to the other sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would tell them to keep it to the sidewalks and to become a hobo, if they don't listen then i would warn them
