b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because In the short amount of time I have been here I have grown fond of this server and its players. I love the people on it and it is really fun to spend time on. I want to support the servers I like In the best way possible.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think what would make me a good moderator Is that I have lots of time on my hands and would like to spend that time doing something productive.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM is random deathmatch. Killing someone without reason.

RDA Random arrest. When a Cop or swat arrest someone without reason.

If Either of these is reported I would check logs and see if the report is valid and Punish the player for RDM or RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR Is "new life rule." This means that you cant go back to the place you where last for the amount of time the server lets you(2 minutes). A example of breaking NLR is raiding someone, dying then coming back to continue the raid. This is a very common rule that is broken. A way to avoid this I keeping track of where you died and avoid where you where last.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

A example of Metagame is going into thirdperson and looking into someone base and seeing where they are and there printer location. Another is hearing printers through walls as a cop and putting a warrant on them to get inside arresting and breaking their property.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? First I get a clip of the incident. Then I send it to a head of staff to review the clip and deal with the staff member. After that I can help with anymore information asked from the head of staff, Other than that I cant do anything or ask for information unless told about it or announced. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? If I saw someone MRDMing I would Freeze/jail them and ban them instantly for 2 weeks and continue with the original sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Asked them to please remove the props and to switch to hobo and build on the sidewalk. Even though there are only 2 people, it is still RP and rules still apply.
