a4) What timezone are you located in? Mountain Time

a5) How many in-game warns do you have? It shows none, but I do recall being warned in the past. I don't think I have more than 10, but when I do !warns nothing shows up.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? I cannot recall being banned.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? I do not have any prior staffing experience.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? A lot of the times I get on, no other staff members are on and there's a lot of rulebreaking.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would try to be impartial to both sides, and not have my personal differences reflect the punishments given.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM is when someone kills another person for no reason, and RDA is when a police officer arrests someone for no reason. RDM and RDA just happening one time results in a warn, but mass RDM is a 2 week ban, and so is mass RDA.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. If someone is being raided or is raiding and is killed during the raid, and they come back, they broke NLR. If they are killed in the street, I wouldn't count that as NLR unless they start attacking or engaging with the person/people who killed them.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is when you know from an outside non rp source about something that will happen to you, for example killing a hitman because you know they have a hit out on you.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? Report it on the forums, and show evidence of the incident.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would jail them, then continue my sit if it was just as important, but if it's something like propminge, I would handle the MRDM first, then continue with the less important sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would remove their props and warn them, repeated offenses would result in kicks, then a 1 day ban if it happens a lot.
