Thank you for submitting a moderator application! Pros: Has previous staff experience. Knows the rules pretty well. Cons: Player has 6 previous bans, and most if not all of them are Mass RDM bans. For c1, player gave an example of Repeated RDM instead of Mass RDM. Mass RDM is multiple RDM kills in a short time span, while Repeated RDM is multiple RDM kills over time. I have not seen you active much at all, but you stated you play mostly in the night hours, so that makes more sense I suppose. Staff experience is not on any DarkRP or even a gmod server for that matter, but this isn't a big issue. Verdict: Neutral, leaning towards -1

Now, with the mod app. You would handle the Mass RDM first, the example given for RDA was describing RDT, and some of the wording on this application can be confusing for some people, (this isn't affecting my opinion of the app and you as a mod, this is just a note.) Otherwise good mod app, very descriptive.

Cons: It mentioned in your application that you have joined and left repeatedly. To me, this doesn't sit well, simply because if you want to be a moderator you have to stick with it, and not flip flop every now and then. The mod app doesn't go into detail on some parts, for example the punishments for RDM/RDA, but otherwise it's a good mod app and you know the rules.

Often times when I get on, there aren't any other staff members (or they're AFK), and there is a lot of rulebreaking (RDM, RDA, etc...). I feel like if I become Moderator, I can help the community during it's "off-hours", and help out if need be. b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would make a good moderator because I would inform them of what they did wrong, and if I think they weren't doing it intentionally, I would probably give them a verbal, but if they did do it intentionally, it would be a warning. I would try to be firm but polite. I would look at both sides of the argument carefully, and then reach my final decision. Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions: c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM or Random Deathmatch is when one player kills another player for no apparent reason. Revenge RDM is when for example someone got killed in a past life, they go and kill the person who killed them in their current life. For example, if someone punched another player, the victim has a right to kill the person who punched them. If no physical assault occured, and no other circumstances arise, and the person kills the other person, that's RDM. Most RDM cases would result in a warn, but Mass RDM is a 2 week ban. RDA, or Random Arrest, is when a Civil Protector arrests someone without no apparent reason. For example, if the lawboards are blank (besides the first 4 laws), but a police officer arrests someone on the street for having a gun out, that's technically RDA since there weren't any laws about weapons. Most RDA cases would result in a warn, while Mass RDA is a 2 week ban. c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR, or New Life Rule, is when someone comes back after they die in a raid, or other event. For example, if I'm being raided, and I kill the person raiding me, but they come back and continue where they left off, that's NLR. Another example is if I'm raiding someone, and I kill them, and they come back, open their fading doors and immediately kill me, that's NLR and Fading Door Abuse. c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. I would try to be impartial to both sides, and not have my personal differences reflect the punishments given.
