a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? - Not that I remember, and if I have been banned its likely a false warn ban from back when Jeremy used to randomly warn me and Dergy. Specifically back when I was a member of the staff team.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? - I wish to volunteer for Xeno RP for a very simple reason. I find staffing for Dark RP fun, and Xeno is my favorite Dark RP server. To elaborate, I not only enjoy connecting with the community. I also just in general enjoy helping others with their problems regarding the server. It always feels good to help someone with a Mass RDM case or something similar because I just in general enjoy helping others. And the secondary reason is that I in general want to keep my favorite Dark RP server clean, so I can personally enjoy it as well.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? - In this regard, I personally think my experience not only with moderation, but also with event management and RP based building that I got as a game master, would be valuable to the staff team. So not only do I have experience with dealing with people breaking rules and etcetera, I also have experience with dealing the RP aspect of the game, so I will be able to handle more RP rooted tickets quite well.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. - RDM or Random Death Match is the act of killing other players without an in game reason that stays within the confines of the rules. However in the context of Dark RP, RDM is the act of killing a player without proper RP reasoning. This reasoning can be many things, such as being attacked, raided, kidnapped, Etc. RDA however is a term derived from the same concept of RDM, however instead of being related to player killing, it is rather reserved for player arrests. So naturally RDA is the same as RDM except that RDA is rather the act of arresting a player without any ample RP reason.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. - NLR or New Life Rule is a rule that states that a player may not enter an area in which they have died until a certain amount of time has passed. Moreover NLR also spreads to active raids and other adverted events, if you die during a raid or something similar, you may not return to that area until the raid ends. Naturally though NLR doesn't spread to everything, Say you get killed by a hitman in the street, its perfectly fine to walk by that area again in your New Life in an attempts to get somewhere else, so long as you don't stick around long.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. - Metagaming is the act of using out of RP knowledge as a means to give yourself an upper hand in RP. Examples of this would be using the prop owner name that appears on the left on the screen as a means to find a hit target, or using something someone said in OOC chat to put a warrant on someone and arrest them. Naturally it can be fairly easy to accidently metagame, but that still doesn't mean it is ok if you do.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? - If I witnessed a higher up abusing their powers I would first instantly begin recording my gameplay. Then while I am recording, I would contact someone higher rank than them who can punish them on discord to see if they can get on. If they are unable to get on at that current moment, I will take the recorded evidence and use it in a report so that they can get their punishment.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? - I would use the !jail command on the person Mass RDMing. Then I would finish the sit at hand. I would do this because it is in general confusing to stop a sit mid way to deal with another problem, and it will just in general waste the other player's time. However once I am finished with the sit, I would jail tp the Mass RDM'er and administer punishment.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. - It doesn't matter if there is two players, breaking the rules is still breaking the rules. I would warn them and remove the props, and ensure they don't do it again so that any players that join afterwards don't have to deal with the props.
