a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? ive been banned once for revenge rdm of 3 people

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? yes i was super admin on a deleted sandbox server

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I have been playing for a while now and I have noticed that there's a lot of rule breaking that may be to much for the current staff to handle at once so i want to help and yes i have been banned once but that doesn't reflect who i am and what i want for the server i want to help and make this server and place for all to enjoy

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? i think a good mod is one that connects with the server and looks at both sides of the story while being fair about it. i think that a mod should uphold their duty's and never be bias'd about anything.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is the act of randomly killing someone with out any reason and RDA is the act of arresting someone randomly with out any reason. I think that they should be warned 3 times before getting kicked/banned for MRDM/MRDA

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is the act of being killed is a location and coming back to said location and start causing problems for the player that killed you without a reason. A example of breaking NLR is if your in your base and a player raids you and kills you and you come back before the NLR wait time is up and kill him will hes finish the raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is were a player is abusing out of character knowledge to gain an unfair advantage/power to altar the game. A example is if your using knowledge that the in game character wouldn't know to give an advantage
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If i see an admin abusing their power i report it to a higher up 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I stop the sit for a minute and bring the mass rdmer up to the sit area and jail him then i finish the sit and get to the mass rdmer and deal with him  

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I delete the props on the street and give them a verbal warning to stop and if they continue i give them a warn

The ban for Mass RDM was on Oct 9th, pretty recent

3 warnings in October as well
