a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? No I haven't

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I've been playing the server for years and I wanna help out the server because there's times where I've noticed I'm on when staff isn't and vote to kick is abused a lot.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?  I'm active most of the time, I enjoy playing on the server, and I feel like I'd be a good help with the community. I've been playing actively again from when I took a giant time gap between playing again and this was the first server I remembered with great staff and the staff has all changed from when I last played but there all super nice i have yet to meet a bad staff member, they have never given me problems.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. (RDM) Random Death Math  killing someone without reasoning they should be punished with a warn for the first offence second offence is also a warn and third is considered repeated RDM is a 1 week ban and (RDA) Random Arrest is if you randomly arrest someone without reasoning such as running up to them and arresting them the punishments are warn for first offence and for the second offence and third is a week ban for repetitive RDA. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. (NLR) NEW LIFE RULE say for example, Someone is raiding and they kill the person who owns the base they should continue playing the game as if it never happened. Once killed during a raid the owner of the base is not allowed to come back until the raid is finished. There is a 2minitute NLR for dying in a certain area.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is as if you see a drug deal in OOC (public chat) and your a police officer and go to were the OOC said and arrest them/warrant them that is Metagame it is abusing the power of OOC and Kill feed to your advantage. Meta gaming is using outside information for roleplay situations to get a advantage that you wouldn't know otherwise.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would record the abuse of power and send it to a higher up such as their team admin or the owners and or make a forum post about it which would include the video and the person abusing the power.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? You pause the sit and tell them to stay there and or jail them until you can handle the massRDM because it can lead into more serious issues with more sits.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets Depending  Take it as you normally would with a full server rules don't change just because there's less people online, it's the same offence. You'd ask nicely to switch to hobo and to build on sidewalks and if they ignore you warn them for prop minge and if they continue to minge kick them.
