I have been a moderator on this server before.
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Because I've been a mod for this server once and I liked the community, I also liked the staff team and how the server is run. I'd love to help the community by doing my part as a mod.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I believe being a good moderator is more than warning and banning people, but talking to people and building a connection to the community. I would strive to achieve this while also maintaining composure as well as thorough sits to insure justified warns and or bans.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is also known as Random Death Match, and is when a play kills someone for no reason, this can be punished by a warn but can escalate to a 2 week ban if the person RDMs 3 or more players. RDA is also known as Random Arrest and is when a player arrests someone for no reason, this can be punished by a warn but can escalate to a 2 week ban if the person RDAs 3 or more players.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR also known as New Life Rule is when a player dies, they must forget any knowledge that includes their death and also may not return to their death location for 120 seconds. Examples of NLR being broken is a player dying in a mugging, then they go back to the location and kill the player who mugged them, this would also count as RDM. Another example is a cop dying defending in a PD raid, then they come back and try to kill the raiders again after dying.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player uses unobtainable information that you could not get in real life to their advantage. An example of this is a player killing someone out of a cops sight, but the cop arrests the player because he saw the kill in the kill feed. Another example is a cop hearing someone cooking meth through a wall, then makes a warrant based off of that information alone.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record from a distance while contacting an admin about the situation or posting said recording onto the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail them and see if someone else could take care of the Mass RDMer, if no one else could at the moment I would quickly deal with them in a sit and continue with my previous sit afterwards.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would tell them to delete the props and to read the rules so they wouldn't break anymore rules. I would also tell them to switch to hobos if they aren't already.
