b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I got bored and i was like "hey everyone is Rdming and there's nothing to do" and staff sounds cool rn and i kinda wanna try it 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

not being a dick, letting people just have fun sometimes, knowing all the rule's, 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM means Random Death Match where a player kills another player for no valid reason 1 RDM should be punished with a warn but if it's mass RDM the punishment should be a 3-5 day ban

RDA means Random Arrest where a Cop or someone of the law arrest someone for no valid reason, The punishment should be a 5 hour too 1 day ban 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR means New Life Rule so if someone goes back the the last place they died at that would be violating NLR or if you take revenge on your killer that would be violating NLR 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is where someone uses the /ooc chat or /advert chat too take action on the player that did it, An example of this happening is when a player uses the /advert chat to mug someone and a cop or someone of the law find that person and arrest them for that thing. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

 first i would try too talk to them tell them to chill out but if he continues to abuse his power i will try to get in contact to someone that's a higher rank then the person and have them demoted and banned  

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

i pull the player jail them then talk too them ask them why there mass RDMing after the talk i ban them for 3 day's 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

let them have fun but if there blocking spawn or if more people start to join i will ask them to remove it and if they don't i will

Application lacks a lot of Information looks thrown together with out time and barley knows the rules over all knows no knowledge of really any of the rules and does not seem fit for staff.
