4 times, 1 for warning threshold, 1 for "reason" (idk what it actually was), 1 for LTAP, and 2 for prop blocking spawn (it was the same ban but got duplicated). These bans were over a year ago and I don't think they represent me anymore. I still am at fault and I understand that I screwed myself up with that.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I have been playing on Xeno for over 2-3 years. I've seen this community grow and prosper and I want to help the community in anyway I can. Even if I don't get accepted I will try to help this community in anyway I can. If I can re-apply if I don't get accepted I will try to apply again.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think I would make a good moderator because I really have little to no patience to people breaking the rules so I will be rarely lenient with punishments. It's your fault if you don't read the rules not mine.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

"RDM" means Random Death Match, meaning engaging combat with someone for no RP reason. Players committing RDM will usually get a warn by me if I was the mod. Mass RDM will get a ban from me. "RDA" means Random Arrest (i.e arresting some hobo for dancing).

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

"NLR" means New Life Rule. New Life Rule is in effect once you die. After you die you can't go back and kill the person who killed you for reason in RP, go back during a raid on your base, and go back to the area they killed you at before 120 seconds have ended. Basically forget everything in your past life and usually start anew.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when you use information you have out of RP to your advantage. Some examples of this are: your friend messaging you OOC about a person that just killed them on the other side of the map which you then use to go over there and kill them, as SWAT, seeing someone in the kill feed get killed which you then use to arrest the perpetrator. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I first message a HR like a senior admin and then try my best with damage control.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Excuse myself from the sit if no one else is on duty to handle the situation by jailing the rule breaker. If someone else is on duty I would notify them that I can't take care of the person committing mass RDM because I'm in the middle of a sit and they should take care of it.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Verbal warn both of them, if they continue warn both. If they don't stop kick them from the server.
