a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? No I haven't. 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?    I do, I played on a server called Elite which I was a moderator on for some time, I also co owned a server called Summer RP owned by a guy named "blu" he shut it down due to the lack of people joining. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? Because I want the server to be the best it can be and feel like I can be a part of that and this community I love the staff members here. Everyone in the server is nice and I want to keep it like that while making sure the server is fun and safe for everyone. 

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I would be friendly of course and fair and nice to everyone even if we had a bad past. I will help players in need of my assistance Whether that means going on duty when I'm just chilling bit coin farming. I will make sure people get some sort of punishment for RDM and other punishable offences whether or not its a verbal warning or a actual warning. I will never abuse, and I would love to be an addition to this server. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.  

RDM is well known as random death match. It is when a player kills another player or fights another player for no RP reason or reason. If a player were to RDM once they shall be warned and jailed for a minute, but if they are to kill more than one person they are to be banned. RDA is similar to RDM in a way; it is when a player arrests another person for no fair reason. If a player is to RDA they should be banned. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR, Is the New Life Rule. this means that once you/ your player dies, all knowledge known from before is forgotten. They must then wait 2 minutes or 120 seconds before returning to their death location or they must wait until the raid is over. \

Examples of breaking the New Life Rule are: 

• Getting killed in a raid then proceeding to returned while the raid goes on. 
• If you are a police officer and you get killed then run out of spawn and arrest the killer. 
• Getting killed while raiding then coming back 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when you use knowledge that your character would not know / using knowledge outside of your character. 

Examples of metagaming are: 

• Looking at who owns a door before raiding or when looking for someone.
• Using door codes to raid bases 
• Using speak button to see if people are in the base or near where your currently standing.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record and send pictures of the admin abuse to the owner or another higherup, I will submit the evidence to the forums and or discord. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail and ban them instantly to prevent any further RDM. I would instantly ban them because player after jailing because people then go over and taunt the RDMer and say slurs. After I ban the RDMer I will return to my sit. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

People think that its ok to do what they want when people are no longer around, or not many people are on it is still breaking the rules. I will ask them to remove the props and give them a warn for propblocking, or I will remove the props and give them a warn. 

 

 

Ps. Just a side note I will most likely not be on Fridays - Sunday I am at my dads and have no PC.
