I was a co-owner on massacregaming, I also was a senior mod in this community.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like to volunteer again because I miss this community, I would offer a lot of help on the staff team, I have many hours staffing and know how to handle many situations with ease. It's unfortunate to see the server without staff online and seeing the server in chaos, I want to help cut down that time that the staff aren't online and make sure the server is running smoothly.  I'm finally at a time in my life where I can come on and enjoy playing again. I miss helping out the new players and making sure everyone has a good role playing experience. Keeping the server in order is my main goal.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I would be a good moderator for a couple of reasons. 1, I would be on duty most of the time I'm on the server. 2, I'm very unbiased so I would make sure everyone gets fair treatment. 3, I help all the new players(who need it) to make sure they have a comfortable role playing experience. 4, I'm very friendly and easy to get along with. 5, Like I stated in the last question, I have many hours staffing and know how to handle a lot of situations quickly and fairly.
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM: Random Death Match Is when a player kills another player with no roleplay reason. Someone who breaks this rule should be warned, If continued, ban for 2 weeks for Multiple RDM

RDA: Random Death Arrest is when a player arrest another players with no roleplay reason. Someone who breaks this rule should be warned, if continued, ban for 2 weeks for Multiple RDA

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR: New Life Rule is a rule in which when a player is killed, they cannot return to the area they died in until either the raid is over, or 2 minutes are up. When NLR is violated they should be warned, if continued further punishment will be handed to them.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player uses information that he couldn't get in a role play situation. An example is when a player uses sound from a printer to put a warrant on someone.
Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would first confront the staff member about what he is doing and that he shouldn't be doing it. If I'm ignored I would go the the next higher up with evidence and let them know what is happening.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jailtp the player to the sit and ask why he is mass rdming, if the punishment fits I would ban for Mass RDM and continue the last sit from where it left off.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Rules are rules and they are meant to be followed, I would first ask them to remove the props in the road, If they don't listen I would remove the props and warn them for building in the streets

Little side note: Sorry my last app was bad with no effort, no excuses I should have put more time in that, so I apologize for that. Another thing, I wanted to apologize to Remuchu about what I did the other day with the prop in the road, it was uncalled for, so I apologize.

The only issue is I have heard mentions of you breaking some rules. I'd prefer to only hear positive stuff here on out so I can give you a good final decision.
