Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? : Because I've been playing this server for a few days and I've already spotted things that can be changed / fixed. I think I'd be a good addition

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? : Good social skills, I stay bias, but my social networking and branching is pretty good.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. : RDM is random death match (attacking a player without a valid rp reason) RDA is random arrests with out valid rp reason. If RDM/RDA was committed I would start with informing them of their mistake, based off prior warnings I would either let them go or warn them. If having to go further I would either contact someone higher than take action. Unless prompted to do further.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. :  visiting site of death before death timer ends

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. : When using outside information as an advantage while playing. Being in a discord call with someone who you're raiding with and they know the layout of the base having been there before or been in a party with that player before. (Also knowing their door codes is another example)

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? : @ them ask them why they're doing so, then contact a superior to inform them on their actions.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? : depends. If a person broke NLR but didn't come back to kill the ones whom raided him, I would give them a verbal warning and let them go depending if other staff members would be online, and their prior history. (warnings, bans)

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. : If they're not bothering each other I would let them, but if they were to go overboard I would reinforce the server rules.
