a2) Provide a link to your Steam profile. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198336955097

a3) What is your Discord Tag? Zack B#1287

a4) What timezone are you located in? Central Chicago time

a5) How many in-game warns do you have? 1 (having a gun as a hobo):(

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why? Not that I know of. But, if I did it was awhile ago:).

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where? C3 gaming Super admin.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRp because not much staff are on the server most of the time and I am willing to help out and make a big change. Also, I would like to become a bigger part of the community and create more and more good vibes.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator? I think I would be a good moderator because I can make unbiased decisions. Another reason I would make a good moderator is because I love to help others even if I'm not having a good time doing so.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. RDM short for Random Death Match, is when you kill somebody for no reason. I think if someone RDMs first, I would get both sides of the story. Second, I would decide the punishment (written warning). RDA is when a police officer  or any other CP arrest you for no reason. In a RDA situation, I would get the story from both sides and if the person RDA'd I would give them a warning.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. NLR is short for "New Life Rule". NLR is after dying the first time, you cannot come back to the same place when in a "different life". For example, If I were to die at the police department, I can not come back for the time of NLR. Another Example of NLR is if I was killed while raiding somebody and I come back and try to keep raiding.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Metagame is using OOC information to use to a players advantage, or gain in a situation. For example, A raider is raiding a base and nobody see's him. He adverts and executes his raid perfectly. Then he says in OOC Chat, "Raid OVA!" Then a policeman arrest him a minute later for Raiding. There was no Roleplay-Like proof to pinpoint the Raider as breaking any laws. This means Metagame.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? I would immediately ask them to stop. If they stop or keep going. I would go on the forums and make a report about he or she abusing their powers with proof.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I would instantly go grab the Mass RDMer and jail him. Then I would decide punishment for the Mass RDMer. From there I would return asap to my original sit and continue apologizing for having to leave.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. I would verbally warn both of them telling them " Hey! Could you guys do me a favor and please not build on the streets. Thank you! I appreciate it!" If they continue, I would give them a written warning. Lastly, If they continue I would come up with a more powerful punishment. Overall, I would treat the situation as I would with a full server.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

I don't remember ever having seen nor heard of you before in the server, and I am very active. I'd prefer a lot more activity from prospective moderators.

Errors in Application

c1) I'd prefer a lot more detail for this answer, specifically regarding first offenses and the punishments/definitions of Mass/Repeated RDM/RDA.

c2) You didn't mention the NLR timer.

d1) Again, I'd prefer a little more detail. And you should report regardless of whether or not they stop.

Pros

Mod application is decent, and you seem to have a pretty good handle on the rules as a whole.

Cons

Your application could have a bit more detail, and you seem very inactive. It's a bad sign when nobody has ever seen you on recently.

Conclusion

I don't know nearly enough about you to know if you'd be fit for staff. You seem to know the rules well, but you aren't nearly active enough for my liking. I'd much prefer you became a lot more active before you apply to be staff.
