Errors in Application

b2) The assertion that you're "always on" is debatable.

c1) You don't go into detail or describe the punishments as you were asked.

c2) Extremely, extremely oversimplified answer that doesn't mention the NLR timer.

c3) You didn't even try here.

d1) Gather evidence first.

d2) Moderators can't freeze, you'd have to jail. Also this answer is very under-detailed.

d3) Hobos cannot build in the streets.

You were warned three times today. Also, this application is very sloppy and you put very little effort into most of the answers. You're also not very active and don't seem to know even the most basic rules. I don't think I've ever seen a moderator application with this many major errors before. 

Conclusion

You are not fit to be a staff member. You need to become far more active, get fewer warns in such a short period of time so close to posting an application, and put a lot more effort into your application to be taken seriously.
