My Buddy used to own a server and i was a senior administrator on it. the name of the server was minty RP

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I want to volunteer because im on this server all the time and sometimes when their is no admins or mods on people will prop block spawn and have all out wars of RDMing.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

My honest opinion on if i would make a good moderator is yes. there could be a few mistakes that i make but that that's what makes people human.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

I think if people are RDM/RDAing then should be warned and if they keep doing it after multiple warnings they should be punished with a kick and maybe a ban depending on the situation.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for "new life rule" and it is put in effect when you are killed. when NLR is active you cant go back to where you died for a certain amount of time and you have to treat it as you started a new life and forget about what has happened. someways NLR can be violated is if a person kills another person they can not go back and kill them because they killed them before.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is when you use knowledge from outside the game, and talk to people about ingame things while outside the game (i.g. in person, in call)

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

if there is any administrator abusing his/her powers the first thing i would do is tell them to stop and if they continue to do it i will report it in the forums.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

if i am in a sit and see someone mass RDMing outside the sit i will continue the sit im in for a minute and if another admin doesn't deal with it i will stop my sit for a minute and ban the guy mass RDMing. after it is handled i will continue the sit i was in.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

if there is only two other players on the server and they aren't doing any harm and making nothing racist then ill let it slide but once the server starts getting more populated i will ask them to please remove the props

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

Never seen or heard of you before. I waited a few days to respond to this just so I could see if I ever saw you, but several days have passed of me being very active and I still haven't seen you a single time.

Errors in Application

c1) You don't define RDM or RDA as you were asked to, and your punishments are incredibly vague.

c2) You don't talk about how it applies to raids, and you don't specifically mention how long the NLR timer lasts.

c3) Still sorta vague and you don't list any specific examples.

d1) Don't report on the forums. Gather evidence and report to a higher-up.

d2) Immediately jail and deal with the Mass RDMer first.

d3) Rules must be followed at all times, even when nobody else is on the server.

Pros

Application is okay. No warns or bans.

Cons

Inactive, and you don't seem to have a great understanding of the rules or common-sense staff procedures. 

Conclusion

It's gonna be a no from me. I haven't seen you at all, and you don't seem to know the rules very well. You should become more active and more familiar with the rules before you apply to be a staff member.
