a1) What is your in-game (RP) name?: My name is Bushman in the server.

a4) What timezone are you located in?: GMT-4 (Eastern Daylight Time)

a5) How many in-game warns do you have?: I have one, for NLR. This is from when I was still relatively new to the server. I walked near my base after getting killed in a raid, and was subsequently warned, and one for Fail RP for the same reason.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?: I have never been banned from Xeno. I have been banned from Unturned, when I accidentally launched it with cheat engine after modding Dark Souls.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?: Yes, in Arma 2 I modded on a Takistan Life server. The name was JGG and it has long since shut down, I made it all the way to Senior Admin.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?: Because I feel like there isn't enough staff on somedays, and I want to be someone who helps fill the gap.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?: The fact that I already have experience in handling issues like RDM, RDA, and toxicity in general. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.: RDM is Random Death Matching. It is when someone is randomly killed. You give a warn unless it is mass RDM, then it is a 2 week ban.  RDA, or Random Arrest, is when you are arrested without cause. It is handled very similar to RDM. It is a warn unless en masse, then it is a 2 week ban.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.: NLR is New Life Rule. When you die, you start a new life with no memories of your old life, except for your entities. If you are killed,  and then you go back to kill them, that is Revenge RDM, and a violation of NLR.  If your base is getting raided, you can not go back until the raid is over.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.: Metagaming is use of information outside of what is available to your character. In OOC, if someone asks how to grow weed or make meth, that is metagaming.  If you have someone in your party, and they get shot, you use the killfeed to figure out who kill them and you kill them, that is metagaming.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? You would report them on the forums, and attempt to reach someone higher up.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? You would pause the sit, jail the mass rdm'er, hold in jail cell at your sit. until another admin comes, or ban them. Then resume your sit or have another admin take care of the RDM'er.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.: You politely ask them to delete it, if another person joins they might think it's allowed and also start doing it. It starts a domino effect, and creates bigger problems.

 

On Weekdays I have baseball practice until 6 PM or 7PM, I come on and play until around 10 PM.  In the off-season I am active from 4 PM to 10 PM.
