a5) How many in-game warns do you have?-

I have 3 warnings, 2 for RDM, and 1 for ARDM, although I am not sure why i got ARDM, it was seemingly for no reason and I did not get an explanation as to why.

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?- No

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?- No

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?-

It is something new to me and I have been playing on the server for awhile now and I have really enjoyed, so i thought I'd try to help out.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?-

I would be fair and equal to everyone.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.- (c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

RDM means Random Deathmatch, it is when a player or players are griefing on a seemingly random target for no reason without roleplaying. If i were to punish someone who RDM'd for the first time offence i would warn them, for the second offence I would jail them for a period of time. Third offence i would ban them.

RDA means random arrest it is when an officer of some kind arrests a player or players for no reason. The first offence would be a warning, the second offence would be jailing, and the third offence is ban.

NLR means New Life Rule. NLR is when a player dies and then they either immediately return to the place they died or they hunt down their killer even though it is a new life. For example, Bob kills Joe, Joe respawns and immediately goes to Bob and kills him.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. Meatgaming is when an outside source gives you information about the current game. For example Bob and Joe are on a team, John and Tom are on another team. Bob gets killed and starts spectating John. Bob tells Joe everything John is doing and where he is.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?-

I would get proof of the situation and then talk to a senior moderator explaining the situation and what the abuser had done.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?-

I would immediately take the abuser away and then give him either jail time or a ban depending on the severity of the Mass RDM.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets

I would continue to let them build until more players join the server, in which case i would take it all down and explain to them why they can't build anymore.

Pros

Your application seems decent.

Active

Cons

b2) Could use more detail.

c2) No NLR timer was mentioned.

d1) You would send proof to one of the admins or owners.

d2) Mass RDM is always a 2 week ban.

d3) Incorrect response, you should always enforce the rules even if there's just two players on.

The warns are recent.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

I've seen you a few times. You seemed too mingy for my tastes.

Errors in Application

Other than the mistakes Juarez listed:

c1) Punishments are very off, and you don't go into any nuance about specific kinds of RDM/RDA.

c3) This is a bad example because normal players cannot spectate in-game, and there aren't really "teams" like that-- I'd prefer an example that actually applies to DarkRP.

d1) Talk to an Admin or the owner, not a senior moderator.

Pros

You've been active recently.

Cons

Lots of mistakes in the application, recent warns, minginess.

Conclusion

I think you should get a better handle on the rules and improve your behavior before you apply to be on the staff team.
