I enjoy playing this server and would like to help make it a better place by moderating

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Im good with people and know how to deal with people who are being annoying or otherwise

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is random deathmatch and happens when someone kills another with no valid reason

RDA is random arrest and is what happens when a civil protection job arrest someone with no valid reason

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is new life rule and It stops players from using knowledge in a past life if they die and prevents players from going back to a raid that they died in or when someone dies they cannot return to their death area for 2 minutes 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

metagaming is when someone takes non rp knowledge and uses it for rp 

EX: officer 1 notices someone died by Thief 1 in kill chat, then officer 1 makes thief 1 wanted for murder

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I report him on the forums because there is nothing else i can do

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I jail the one mass rdming and continue my sit. then deal with the player mass rdming

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I warn them and tell them to delete their props. if they dont i warn them again and delete their props

Side note current mic is broken (its basically earrape) but will be getting new one in a week

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

Seen you maybe once or twice, not as much as I'd like. Nothing notable. 

Errors in Application

c1) Did not describe punishments as asked.

d1) Do not report on the forums. Gather evidence and report to a higher-up.

d2) Deal with the mass RDMer IMMEDIATELY, then return to your sit. 

d3) You don't need to warn them immediately. Just ask them to remove their props. You only need warn when they refuse to listen, of if they're willfully breaking the rules and disregarding your verbal warnings.

Pros

Decent application content-wise. No warns or bans.

Cons

Haven't seen you on enough, and your application is generally sloppy and has some major errors. You also don't have a functioning mic, which is a necessity. I know you said you'll have a new one soon, but you shouldn't have applied before you actually had it.

Conclusion

I don't think you're nearly active enough to be a staff member, and you currently don't fulfill the basic requirements to become one. I'd recommend re-applying after you become more active and get a working microphone.
