I have currently 0 warn in-game. 

a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

No, I have never had any bans on this Garry's Mod server if yes I don't remember having one.

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

Yes, I had several other experiences before I was administrator of my own server which had 32 people per day on it in 2013-2014 it closed due to lack of money. And in other server I had the chance to be moderator and I practically know ULX, AWarn by heart. I have a lot of experience. And I think I am a good candidate for this role.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I will be honest with you the reason why I want to apply for this role, is that I find that I could have an impact to change the look of people who respect nothing and who are only there to disturb other people who would like to play seriously and I found that XenoRP lacked moderation when I show up in the evening, and in the afternoon.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Having experience on the other servers where I was moderator on it, I was able to perceive that I had a great sense of maturity in me, and according to several people, they tell me that I like to do reign peace as I am someone who has a big heart and who is ready to listen to whoever it is. And also I like to listen to the community and be present in it.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

The definition of RDM: Random Deathmatch more often referred to as RDM is when a player kills another player for no good reason or in a roleplay manner. Normally people who RDM are minge, or trolling so they typically have no intention to play or for the normal player they just make a mistake by miss adverting or revenge kill. If a player commit RDM once he need to be warned if he do it more so (Mass RDM) he will be banned for 2 weeks and we need to said to him to go to the forum if he want to contest is ban.

The definition of RDA: Random Arrest more often referred to as RDA is when a player arrest another player for no particully reason (outside of a roleplay scene, situation) if this player break the rule he will be warned, and if he continue (Mass RDA) he will be demote, kicked from is job or the server. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

The definition of NLR: New Life Rule more often referred to as NLR is when a player die and comeback on a roleplay scene where he die to revenge kill, returning during a RAID or just to get is meth, printer in his house. Coming back on a roleplay scene when you die is breaking the NLR. 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

The definition of Metagaming: is when someone know something about you he is not suppose to see and using this information for advantage in-game. Let's me show you a exemple: If job title is enable on the server, you can see the job name in tab or above the head of the player and you said 'This guy is a Thief he gonna rob me for sure if I am not here or gonna raid me.' so it kinda unfair because you are not really suppose to know this guy as this job or just accepted a hit on you because you will prepare yourself to not being kill, rob because you know he could do that. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

If a higher up is abusing their powers I would contact on discord a staff who is above them so they could take actions on him. If one of my superiors is not online I would record all the actions he would take to get evidence against him and also tell him that it is not correct what he is doing. Personnally, I would record because normally I am recording my roleplay 24/7 for having proof about other player doing RDM, and other stuff where it could break the rule of the server. To continue, I would try to stop the abuse if I can and try to find a solution if possible. 

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

What I will do if I see someone outside doing Mass RDMing I would put the sit on pause, the neutral and ask to the people who make the ticket if he could wait a minute and said to him I am coming back. Now for the guy who is Mass RDMing I would freeze, jail him so he could not affect other player roleplay and give him a 2 weeks ban and said to him to go on the forum if he want to contest is ban. Now for the guy who made the ticket I would apologize to him for the waiting time he lost, and finish the rest of the sit and solve the problem of this guy. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

For this situation I would just remind them the server rules so: (They can not place their build in the streets but they can buy a property and build in it.) Now, if they continue I would remove the prop by using the remover tool in the Q Menu. If they still continue that would be a warn and if they continue it would be a kick or ask them to go read the rules on the forums if they are not sure of what is roleplaying.
