I was admin on a FiveM server called NexusRP
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have played on this server off and on for a few years and I have come to love this server, I tend to play at late times and there are normally not many staff on at these times
due to this, there is a lot of rules that be broken that affect the good players and I would like to help fix that.   
Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have a firm understanding of the motd, I understand most if not all the server rules, I am not biased toward any other players. I work with people a lot so I understand how to keep my cool in aggravating situations.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM is the act of killing or attempting to kill another player without prior roleplay reasons and stands for "Random Death Match" The punishment for RDM would be a warn for the first RDM, a warn for the second RDM, and the 3rd would be MRDM, which would be handled with a 2-week ban, and repeated RDM would be the act of killing people without roleplay throughout an extended period and would be a 1-week ban.
An example of RDM would be killing another player for insulting you.

RDA is "Random Arrest" this is when a player can arrest a player, abuses their abilities, and arrests another player without any roleplay reason.
An example of RDA would be arresting someone for having a gun out even though there is no law stating guns are illegal, and just arresting a player walking down the street who has not violated the laws.
The punishments for RDA and RDM would be the same.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR is the "New Life Rule" This occurs after death and you cant return to the area of your death for 120 seconds, NLR also means you may not use information from your previous life.
An example of NLR would be a Civil Protection member raiding a base and dying in the process, before they die they see money clickers, then use this information for a feature raid.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming would be a player using information that they would not be able to get by using information not gathered through roleplay.
An example of metagaming would be dodging a hitman because you see a Hit Accepted advert or see the text above their head.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would record the abuse of power and inform the higher up staff about the problems.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would tpjail the mass RDMer and try and hand it over to another staff member, if no other staff can take over the sit involving the mass RDMer I would pause the current sit to ban the mass RDMer.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would ask them to stop building in the street and tell them they can build on the sidewalks if they switch to hobos, If the building in the street continued I would give them a warning.

+1 Very active in game huge help in sit's with shadowplay. Literally at 1 point you had like 4 hours of footage that you were willing to show me. Knows the rules very well and understands them very well.
