b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? because i love this server and i want to see it stay at the top

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

i will be on duty 24/7 at least 4 hours a day
Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.RDM is random death match and RDA random Arrest

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.if your base gets raided and you die and you run back and shot at the raiders 

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.metagame is uses outside knowledge to help you ingame  uses sounds to warrent a base for meth, or code raiding 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? i would record it and report it to the next highest as to follow the chain of command

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? quickly jail tp them and finish my current sit and after the sit is done i would deal with the guy/girl

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets. i would still have to tell them to stop building in the street just cause they on are the only people on the server it still has rules

b1) and b2) seem very short answers.

c1) You didn't define RDM or RDA and didn't describe how players would e punished.

c2) You only provided an example, you didn't define NLR nor give the NLR timer.

d1) You would report to the admins or the owners.

d2) You would deal with the Mass RDMer first and then finish your sit.

You are fairly active, but you seem not to the know the rules well. When you were the mayor I had to tell you multiple times that some of your laws weren't allowed.
