Yes I have had many experiences working in Gmod servers. I was an admin at a competing DarkRP server named Retribution RP, I have since retired from there.
I also was an admin in a large SCP RP called Omnieducation RP. This server has since closed due to lack of funds but will soon be rebooted.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

Honestly. I truly like the server and the community but I feel it could use with some serious work. It seems a lot of the staff are not handling things as they should and I feel like I could do a better job and help the community as a whole and make the server better.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have excellent people skills, I can pacify any situation you give me. I have years of experince as an admin and I know I will serve this server for a long time and can make it a better place to play. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM stands for Random Death Match, If a play has done this I will give them a warn but if they continue harsher punishment will be put in order.
RDA means Random Arrest, If a player should do this I would warn them and if they continue once again harsher punishments will be called into play.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

For example: A player has been raided and killed and then decides to come back to there base right after they were killed.
Another example: A player has been killed by a hitman and returns right after being killed.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is where a player breaks RP and and uses information that should not be of their knowing.

An example of this would be if a player sees in the Kill chat that a party member got shot by someone without actually seeing the act of his party member being shot and then goes out and hunt the person that killed his party member.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Simply record the situation and give it to a higher-up immediately.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

Depending on the severity of the sit I would pause it and then deal with the Mass RDMer first by jailing him and then proceeding to ban them.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would simply ask them to build in a building of which they own the doors of or tell them they can move to a sidewalk and become Hobos so they could build there.
If the continue i would warn them.


Extra: I hope this application has found you well. I have not been apart of the server for very long but I truly feel like I can bring a special touch to the community.
