Describe how the player broke the rules: I took the mayor as hostage in an abandoned mayor when fail RP who was osama at the time attempted to interfere so I killed him, he then came back breaking nlr and rdmed me, it was also failrp because the mayor and osama bin laden have no rp relation whatsoever.
