Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? I want to volunteer for XenoRP because I've always been a big fan of the community and its staff here. I've respected so many people for their patience, time, and funny moments that I feel like I should do my part and give back to in ways that will both benefit the community as a whole and the people's experiences here. This server has always been a safe haven for many people including myself and would love to be apart of a team to help prevent people from ruining it for so many others who enjoy it here just as much as I do.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

Whats makes me a good moderator is my extremely flexible schedule for being on, I'm very reasonable, cool, calm, and collected in situations.  I ask questions instead of guessing and I adapt easily to changes in short amounts of time. If I were to get accepted I think I would be able to make a huge difference with player bases in both late nights and early mornings which can relieve some stress off of other staff members shoulders and get to RP more instead of being called for simple things 24/7.  I use the best judgements possible and consider every aspect of a situation before giving a final verdict along with being strict enough to keep peace but chill enough to maintain the fun and relaxing atmosphere this community provides to its players.  I can be on quickly if need be and tend to keep vigilance of rule breakers.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM "Random Death Match" is a term used to describe an action of a player who attempts to harm or kill an individual or individuals for little to no RP reason. This action is handled with a warning, continued RDM follows a second warning, and further is progressed to MRDM which is met with a 2 week ban if the condition calls for it. Although another action to consider punishing is Repeated RDM that which of course is serious but met with a 1 week ban since it typically done over a course of time and not immediate like MRDM is. [Ex. Player is shot for exiting spawn]

RDA "Random Arrest" is the term used for a government official (besides mayor) who arrests a player or players with no valid RP reason. This action is met with similar responses to RDM. Difference being is the term for RDT "Random Tazing" which is typically warning/demotion of class. Further reports of RDT will result in further warning progressing to a ban if said warnings are ignored. [Ex. Cop arresting a hobo for building normally]

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR "New Life Rule" A term automatically applied to all players after dying. This forbids the player from using information or remembering information to assist them self or others while preventing the dead player from returning to their AoD for 120 seconds. [Ex. a defender of a raid is killed and returns back to the raid to continue defending]

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is defined and used to players who gather or use information given to them they wouldn't typically be able to in RP situations. Examples being hearing meth being made, money clickers, or using OOC chat as a method of solid info.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

Gather as much evidence as possible and submit/report to a higher up capable of dealing with the situation, DON'T SOLVE BY YOURSELF.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

JailTP said person away and request another staff member to take care of jailed mass RDM'r and if none are available then solve the situation with a ban appropriate with the rule being broken and return to the previous sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

Ask the players to remove their props or tell them to switch to hobos and move their props to sidewalks away from obstructing other players. If the players continue building in the streets they would both receive a warning.

Thoughts and Personal Experiences

Haven't seen you much until the last few days, in which you've been pretty active. I've been in a few sits with you and you seem pretty cool.

Errors in Application

None that I can see, very good application.

Pros

No warns or bans, active recently, great application.

Cons

Haven't been active until very recently.

Conclusion

I think you might make for a good staff member, though I'd like to get to know you a little better.

I haven't had too many interactions with you, but the ones I have haven't been bad.  I've also had a few sits with you and you seem chill.

You have no warns or bans which is good and you've been very active lately (but I've only known you for a few days).

I think you could be a good staff member, but I'd definitely like to get to know you more.

Overall:
