Yes, because I was younger and really didn't understand the rules that well.

I have done volunteering at my local library and have a part time job right now.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I would like to volunteer so I can make a superior community, and even maybe gain respect amongst my peers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I think I would be a great mod, for example, I would have no biases, and would treat everyone fairly, with no discrimination. I also, like in my last response, think I could make the server a greater place.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM/RDA stands for Random Deathmatch/Arrest and should be punished either by a warn or a ban, based on severity. MRDM, Mass Random Deathmatch should be treated with a 2 week ban, and RDM and ARDM should be treated with a warn.

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR stands for New Life Rule, and is violated when someone travels back to where they were killed, and commits an act having to do with their past death, such as Revenge RDM and just being around there in general.

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagaming is when a player uses outside information such as adverts and noises to gain an advantage over other players, such as placing a warrant or defending the PD when it is being raided without seeing raiders.

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

I would either record, or screenshot the misuse of power, and post it on the forums, or the discord server, notify someone higher than them, and try to get as much attention to them as possible.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jail the RDMer and would ask either another admin/mod to handle them, or if none other are online, I would personally take care of it after I have finished the sit, or pause my current sit and deal with them based on the severity of the other sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would allow this as others might not, but as long as there are 2 and less people online, I would let them as long as it isn't preventing anyone from playing normally.

Extra note: I feel as my warns both in 2020 do not reflect how I am as a human being today, and personally think I have improved overall.

Neutral. On d3 you said "I would allow this as others might not, but as long as there are 2 and less people online, I would let them as long as it isn't preventing anyone from playing normally" even if it's only 2 players online no one can build in the steet. otherwise mod app is decent and in game overall no problems from my experience.
