Yes, I just recently started playing Gmod again after not playing consistantly for roughly 2 years, but i have been a mod, admin, head admin, co owner, I even owned my server for like 2 months but it didnt populate like I had hoped so I shut it down. Just to name a few, Tits RP is one of the servers I have moderated. I co-owned  Super Legion, which was a very popular server around 2 years ago, but shut down due to one of the other co-owners going rogue, with my buddy SHOOTABIRDIE https://www.youtube.com/user/SHOOTABIRDIE. I also used to have my days of developing for servers such as Frosty Networks, which im not too sure what happened to that server, because the owner was rude so I left and never went back. I also moderated on FastRP, but the owner shut that server down, and a few weeks later restarted it and invited me to be a staff manager, but the server didn't repopulate so he shut it down. There may have been more but it was all so long ago I can't think of all the server names. 

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.
b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP?

I have been playing the server for a little while now and I have gotten to know some of the people within it, including some of the staff members. I enjoy being a staff member, and helping people. I play at all times of the day, but when I get on during the later hours, there arent as many staff members active so I witness a lot of rule breakers/ minges / RDMers.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?

I have plenty of previous experience moderating servers, so I wouldn't need much training. Maybe like 5 minutes in adminland to remember all of my binds, but not much else. I have very good communication skills, I have no problem talking to players, or getting to players who need help ASAP. I also have 3000+ hours on gmod, which at least 2000 of which were spent as a staff member of some sort. 

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished.

RDM - Random Deathmatch (Player kills another player for no reason)

RDA - Random Arrest (CP arrests non-CP for no reason)

If a player simply RDM's/RDA's one person it should result in a warn, however if the player is mass RDMing/RDAing it should result in a ban. If it is a case of "I forgot to advert hit accepted" or something like that a verbal warning, but if the problem continues, a warn/ban. 

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated.

NLR - New Life Rule - A player can't go back to their place of death for 120 seconds after death, cannot use things from his past life against another player, and cannot return to their base if killed during a raid. 

Example:

Jimmy goes to John's base, proceeds to raid him kills John, then john comes back and kills Jimmy, that's breaking NLR. 

Jack places a hit on James, so the hitman, Todd, kills James. James respawns, comes up to Todd and shoots him with his Spas 12, that's breaking NLR

Jim kidnaps Janet, then ends up killing her. She comes right back to Jim's house and is outside telling him he is stupid for killing her, that's breaking NLR

c3) Define "metagame" and provide examples of its occurrence. 

Metagaming is using out of character information in character. Example:

Jimmy goes and stands across the street from Madison. He has a hit on her. Madison pulls out her gun and starts warning Jimmy to go away, and then kills him. This could be considered metagaming as well as RDM. 

Jonah is a police officer. He goes up to madison and arrests her because she typed in OOC chat "I sell meth to make good money on this server" as a meth cook. 

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react? 

I would get proof of their actions, try to get them to stop, and immediately tell someone who is higher. If its an owner then not much can be done XD

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation?

I would jailtp the person mass RDMing, and I would go initiate a ban on the person who is mass RDMing. 

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

I would explain to them, I know its just you guys, but its still against the rules, you have to remove the props.

You have a great mod application 
Other than the second example of C2 that's more of Revenge RDM
I'd want to get more interactions with you and get to know you better before giving a full +1 
Other than that I think you'd be great to have onto the staff team!

Hello Kappa Karma, 

Pros:

Pretty decent mod app

Cons:

Have not seen until recently 

Not fully caught up on the rules

Not too many interactions in-game

VERDICT:  Neutral

Look the app looks good and all but I've personally only seen you for a day and I'm not exactly sure how you are in-game so I'd prefer to know you a bit better before I give a lean or a full answer on this.
