a6) Have you ever been banned? If so, explain why?

  OK so i have been banned 12 times I heard but I remember one but my little bro made those bans he didn't understand RP so if i would go AFK he would start doing what he wants. 

a7) Do you have any prior staffing experience? If so, where?

I have been watching as many sits as I can iv'e also been asking Mods questions about being Moderators with the batman job I think I have pretty good relationships with the mods.

Please answer these questions with your honest opinion.

b1) Why do you want to volunteer for XenoRP? 

 Well I have been on this server a while and i'm on often and sometimes I see problems without a solution and I think I could fix those. I love this server and hope to make it a better and safer Environment for players.

b2) If you were to get accepted, what do you think would make you a good moderator?   

I would always be on duty and handle problems properly. There's been times where I am on and no Mods are on and I wish I could deal with the chaos.

Please provide descriptive answers for the following questions:

c1) Define RDM/RDA and describe how players who perform those actions should be punished. 

RDM is killing for no reason and RDA is arresting for no reason RDA should be dealt with a warn and so should RDM but if doing so repeatedly may result in ban

c2) Explain "NLR" and provide examples of instances in which it is violated. 

 This Is when someone goes to the area they died in in under 2 mins or coming back and reacting to what a person did before you died.

c3) Define Metagame and provide examples of its occurrence.

Metagame is doing or knowing something that your Character wouldn't realistically know like you have a hit accepted sign above your head, in reality you wouldn't know that you wouldn't know that  

Please explain how you would handle each of these situations:
d1) You see a higher up is abusing their powers to the highest severity, how do you react?

  I record them then I send the clip to a higher Staff member.

d2) During a sit, you see someone outside of the sit Mass RDMing. How do you handle the situation? I tell the person that i was in sit with to give me a second and then i would see why the RDMer was RDMing and then ban him then id get back to my sit.

d3) Only two other players are online, and they're building in the streets.

   There props will be removed and they will be verbally warned and if repeated then a warn maybe like a 500 second jail then if keeps doing so  ban.

-1. Mod app is decent but there's a problem. You said that your brother would hop on while you were afk and cause problems which causes concern. If your brother was to do something while you were staff it would result in demotion and possibly a ban.
